Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service processes.
- Meet service-level targets, such as response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
