Sales & Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and new customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Attend to customer needs and resolve customers' problems or complaints to maximize customers' satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers on scheduled payment.
- Achieve sales target and outcome within schedule.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports for review.
**Requirements**:
- Secondary Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience in the related field.
- Experience in housing materials and products will be an added advantage.
- Result-oriented and aggressive with excellent communication skills and pleasant personality.
- Must possess own vehicle and is computer literate.
- Training will be provided.
