Shah Alam, Malaysia Parcel to post Full time

Handling day to day accounting functions such as entry of accounting transactions into system, invoicing, payments, receipts and others
- Prepare billing files and ensure invoices are sent to clients timely
- Communicating and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies with internal and external parties
- Keep recording and filling the related documents accordingly
- Ensure all monies due are collected promptly, meeting monthly collection target
- Prepare P&L statements
- Performing any other daily accounting related duties as assigned Requirement
- Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel, MS Word
- Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Well organized and able to work within deadline
- Patient, self-motivated with positive working attitude

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account management: 3 years (preferred)
