**Job Purpose (Why does this position exist?)**
- The SMI Industry Northern role focuses on driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium industry (SMI) customers in the northern region. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring that the company’s products and services meet the unique demands of the SMI sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets within the SMI sector in the northern region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage potential customers within the SMI market.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights for sales strategy adjustments.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

**Experience Requirements**
- Minimum 0.5 year(s) of on-job experience in related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and foster long
- term partnerships.
- **Solid understanding of the SMI market,including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape**.
- **Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the SMI sector.**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM9,600.00 per month
