**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor **CNC machines** (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce high-quality parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure that all production processes are optimized for performance and quality.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to determine machining requirements.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to ensure precise machining results.
- Monitor the performance of CNC machines, identifying any issues or areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Document machine setups, production processes, and maintenance activities for accurate records and traceability.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge of CNC machinery, techniques, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree or certification in **Mechanical Engineering**, **Mechanical Technology**, or a related field.
- At least **1 year of hands-on experience** as a CNC technician in a manufacturing environment.
- **Must can understand and communicate in English.**:

- Strong understanding of CNC machining operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
