Jiasheng New Energy technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Production Manager (Manufactured Solar Tracker System) to join our team in Senai, Johor. The CNC Production Manager oversees all machining and production activities related to solar component manufacturing, such as module structures, and precision metal parts used in solar panel assembly. The role ensures that all CNC operations run efficiently, meet quality standards, and support the company's commitment to renewable energy excellence.

• Production Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and supervise daily CNC machining operations for solar components
• Process and Quality Control: Ensure machining processes comply with design specifications and industry standards for solar components.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of CNC operators, programmers, and technicians
• Machine and Tool Management: Oversee preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance of CNC machines and related equipment.
• Process Optimization and Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company safety policies and environmental standards.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Quality teams for new solar product development and prototyping.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in CNC machining, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Good Mandarin,Bahasa Melayu & English communication in written and oral.
• We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients from China/SuZhou.
• Experience in high-precision manufacturing industries, particularly in solar, renewable energy, aerospace, or automotive sectors, is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, including milling, turning, and drilling of steel components.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
