We are a fast-growing food wholesale company looking for passionate and driven Sales Executives to join us

**Responsibility**
- Data Management & Analysis: Organize sales data, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies to increase conversion rates. | **数据管理与分析**：整理销售数据，分析促销活动的成效，并优化策略以提升转化率。
- E-commerce Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute promotional campaigns on Shopee and Lazada to increase brand exposure and sales. | **电商活动策划与执行**：策划并执行Shopee和Lazada的促销活动，以提高品牌曝光率和销售额。
- E-commerce Platform Operations: Manage product listings on Shopee and Lazada, including product uploads, updates, delisting, returns, stock accuracy, and shop content updates. | **电商平台运营**：管理Shopee和Lazada上的商品信息，包括商品上架、更新、下架、退货处理、库存准确性以及店铺内容更新。
- Market & Competitor Research: Study market trends and competitor products, understand Shopee and Lazada SEO rules, and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates. | **市场与竞争对手研究**：研究市场趋势与竞争对手的产品，了解Shopee与Lazada的SEO规则，优化商品信息以提升搜索排名与转化率。
- Customer Support Assistance: When needed, respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations and after-sales support to improve customer satisfaction. | **客户服务协助**：在需要时，回复客户咨询、提供产品建议及售后支持，以提升客户满意度。

**Job Requirements**
- 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred. | **拥有相关领域两年的工作经验者优先考虑。**
- Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. | **具备积极的工作态度、愿意学习，并能快速掌握新知识。**
- Have strong communication skills (both written and spoken) and the ability to follow up on tasks effectively. | **具备良好的沟通能力（书面与口头），并能有效跟进任务。**
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. | **能够同时处理多项任务，并适应快节奏的工作环境。**
- Demonstrate teamwork spirit while being able to work independently. | **具备团队合作精神，同时也能独立作业。**
- Experience in e-commerce platform management is preferred. | **有电商平台管理经验者优先考虑。**
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities. | **具备较强的问题解决能力。**
- Languages: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin | **语言能力：基本掌握马来语和英语，能使用华语沟通。**
