**So what will you be doing?**
- Handle the e-commerce activity on our website and various e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website and the different e-commerce platform.
- Manage the product listings on the website and ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description.
- Responsible for updating the product listings promptly on all e-commerce channels.
- Responsible for coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
- Handle the liaison with suppliers, procurement & drivers relating to operations activities.
- Handling customer service queries from various communication channels.
- Assist with answering incoming calls from prospective clients when Customer Service personnel are not available.
- Execute activities relating to sales and promotions over different e-commerce platforms.
- Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.

**We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you.**
- 1 year of experience with e-commerce platform and customer service will be an added advantage.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors).
- Good computer literacy in Google Sheet, MS Excel, Word.
- Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Have a positive and customer-oriented attitude
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be preferred.

**Salary**: RM3,100.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
