E-Commerce Sales Executive

The E-Commerce Sales Executive will be responsible for driving online revenue growth through effective marketplace management, digital sales strategies, and customer engagement across various e-commerce platforms. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance product listings, promotions, and overall customer experience to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Track sales performance and monitor key KPIs.
2. Product Listing & Content Management
- Create and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, tags, and images.
- Optimize content for improved search visibility and conversion rates.
- Work with marketing and design teams to develop promotional visuals and campaign materials.
3. Platform & Store Management
- Oversee daily store operations across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking.
- Ensure adherence to platform policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards.
4. Promotions & Campaigns
- Execute online campaigns, flash deals, vouchers, and festive promotions.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for participation in major sales events.
5. Customer Engagement & Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and encourage repeat purchases.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
7. Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams.
- Provide input on product selection, bundling strategies, and promotional ideas.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital retail is preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital advertising (Shopee Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM for product listing optimization.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are an added advantage.
Working Conditions
- Location: Singapore, IMS HQ (60 Marsiling Road, Singapore
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: Standard office hours, 5 days a week
- Salary Range: SGD 1,800 – SGD 3,000
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5, RM8,500.00 per month
