The E-Commerce Sales Executive is responsible for driving online sales growth through effective marketplace management, digital sales strategies, and customer engagement across e-commerce platforms. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and customer experience to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Monitor sales performance and track KPIs.

2. Product Listing & Content Management

  • Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, tags, and images.
  • Optimize content for search visibility and conversion.
  • Coordinate with marketing/design teams for promotional visuals and campaigns.

3. Platform & Store Management

  • Manage store operations across e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocks.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, pricing structures, and brand guidelines.

4. Promotions & Campaigns

  • Execute online sales campaigns, flash deals, vouchers, and festive promotions.
  • Liaise with platform account managers for participation in big campaigns.

5. Customer Engagement & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and encourage repeat purchases.

6. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales data, trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements based on insights.

7. Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams.
  • Provide input on product selection and bundling ideas.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales or digital retail (1–3 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopee and Lazada
  • Strong understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ads (e.g., Shopee Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM for product listings.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Singapore, IMS HQ (60 Marsiling Road Singapore
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Working Hours: Standard office hours, 5 days per week
  • Salary Range: SGD 1,800 – SGD 2500

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
