tOur Client is a Malaysian consumer electronics retailer based in Johor, offers a broad range of products ,including mobile phones, digital gadgets, home appliances, and lifestyle electronics.
Job Responsibility :
- Assist Online Sales Executive in following up on required customer documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure completion of installment plan applications.
- Monitor, process, and submit installment cases from the Sales Department.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and basic English.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
