**Key responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Manage National Marketing Calendar throughout the year in a proactive manner; strategize and maximize the impact of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Formulate effective marketing, brand and public relations campaigns, promotions and events to drive traffic to the outlet and brand visibility.
- Identify the best mix of media channels to support marketing plan, to deliver correct advertising message to target audience. Using research data, to consider what is going to be most effective within the budget allocated and still give the product or service maximum exposure.
- Develop and implement a robust CRM strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and business objectives.
- Utilize market research, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify key opportunities for improving customer interactions and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to monitor campaign performance, customer behaviour, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Solid working experience in the related field of F&B or Retail and in managerial capacity will be an advantage.
- Able to demonstrate excellent skills in strategic planning and work independently with the ability to meet tight deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Advertising and Promotions campaigns management and possess good PR skill sets for working communications, managing events and understanding the media landscape.
- Possess good presentation skills, strong communications, negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work alongside with different levels of management and as part of a team.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
