Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will play a vital role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support overall revenue growth. This position encompasses strategic planning, campaign execution, market research, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing programs in the field to build strong customer connections and enhance brand presence across relevant categories.
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop effective product training, sales skills training, and experiential learning modules for key stakeholders.
  • Develop brand support (BTL) initiatives to engage channel partners, specifiers (such as architects), and contractors/carpenters, including product launches, exhibitions, campaigns, loyalty programs, and corporate events.
  • Oversee the procurement and development of marketing materials such as banners, danglers, leaflets, merchandising items, and other collateral specific to each region, including preparation of distribution plans and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage all marketing collaterals by ensuring updated materials are readily available and regularly reviewing their status in the market.
  • Work closely with design teams on new product development, ensuring alignment with current market trends.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis for each product category and identify new product opportunities based on emerging trends, preparing business cases for potential launches.
  • Monitor monthly sales performance and align marketing activities accordingly to support product goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong track record in managing campaigns and projects.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Working Hours and Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility may be required for business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM8,500.00 per month
