JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and organize all Sales and Project activities to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Sales & Project department.
  • To manage on business performance on developing the sales plans and actively participate in every new project development activities
  • To conduct Sales research for new project or incoming potential project and keep abreast with trends, demands and comparable market package.
  • To assist on business performance, budget and all Sales and Project activities of the assigned project to meet objectives and KPI targets.
  • Lead and manage the project team to complete the assigned project in a timely manner. Update on billing and payment progress of awarded project, follow up with customers on the payment status and update to CSD/Account department on collection progress.
  • Planning of contract and sub-contract work program or schedule and implementation of strategy and project feasibility studies.
  • Overall planning, implementation and execution of project to ensure successful completion of the project.
  • Monitor the works carried out by staffs/technicians to ensure the works are according to the specifications and standards and to the purchase order/contract.
  • Identify Potential Customer / Client / Project
  • Management and Internal Correspond
  • Planning, scheduling, review work process and team members workload to ensure best services are provided.
  • Staff Training & Development
  • Performance Management & Annual Appraisals
  • Maintain staff discipline, motivate and solve problems and grievances.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Independent and self-motivated, creative thinking & trustworthy.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing / Business / Mass Communication / Multimedia or any equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Experience in electrical & fire safety industry will be added advantages.
