An engineering company in search of a **Marketing Manager** who will play a pivotal role in our sales operations. This position will be tasked with devising and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, driving lead generation efforts, finalizing contracts, and nurturing client connections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Marketing activities among all **M&E consultants & developers for company busduct and Fire Resistant Cable.**:

- Create project pipeline, populate project pipeline & ensure project info up-to-date.
- Ensure good relationship and provide good service to customers, consultants & developers.
- Building close rapport with specifier to ensure **company busduct** & **Fire Resistant cable**is specified.
- Report marketing activities & latest project status to respective manager.
- To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible. (to cultivate continuous improvement mindset).
- To deliver the result within company value system. (to emphasize the importance of company value and behaviour expectation).
- And any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in **Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering**and its equivalent.
- At least 3 or 5 years’ experience in **Marketing** **M&E**industry.
- A willingness to work remotely, outstation when required and possess own transport.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills and customer relationship management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
