Surplus distribution & Regulatory form submission

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Declaration and distribution of underwriting surplus and investment profit to participants.

2. Perform system UAT and data checking for surplus distribution to participants.

3. Conduct Tabarru' Fund Management in line with company strategy, Shariah principle and regulatory framework.

4. Ensure timely regulatory submission (e.g. FT5, FT6 & FT7) and involve in ad-hoc tasks as required from BNM and management.

5. Perform analysis and provide explanations on the financial results and communicate the findings to management.

6. Enhancement and improvement of current process and procedure, ensure all the templates are prepared with appropriate internal controls and reconciliation, provide explanations for any discrepancies.

7. Ensure timely submission and involve in ad-hoc tasks as required from BNM and regional office.

8. Support on other works such as local solvency reporting, impact & sensitivities assessment and other regulatory reports.

9. Provide guidance and review juniors’ work
