ARRANGE MEETINGS, MINUTE MEETINGS AND OTHERS RELATED TASK FOR GENERAL MANAGER-PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT. 4. ORGANIZING CORRESPONDENCE AND FOLLOWING UP ON PENDING MATTER WITH LIMIT DIRECTION. 5. MAINTAIN FILING SYSTEM. 6. MAINTAIN GOOD WORKING ORDER TO ALL BUSINESS CORRESPONDENCE AND OPERATIONS. QUALIFICATION: 1. MIN DIPLOMA/ADVANCE/HIGHER/GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS STUDIES/ADMINISTRATIVE/ MANAGEMENT/SECRETARY OR EQUIVALENT. 2. OR DIPLOMA WITH MIN 3 YEARS EXPERIENCES IN ADMINISTRATION AND ANY RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE. 3. GOOD IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, MICROSOFT TEAM) 4. PLEASANT, PASSIONATE, ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH MINIMUM SUPERVISION. 5. ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
