**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate tour packages, transport and accommodation.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings and feedback.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and travel documents.
- Liaise with hotels, tour guides and service providers.
- Monitor daily tour operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
- Participate in promotional events or tourism exhibitions when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tourism regulations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tourism operations or travel management.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
