Job details: - Working hours: Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm) Saturday - 1st week (off day) - Week 2, 3 and 4 (9 am - 1 pm) Sunday - off day - Overtime required when necessary (must be able to work OT when work over load) - Hostel provided - Annual leave / PH observed - Training provided - Competence in computer usage (Excel / Word etc.) - Experienced in collection agency is preferred (non experience welcome to apply) - Able to communicate well in Malay & English - Able to work in a team and good work attitude Administrator job responsibilities: - Responsible to handle incoming calls from client and customer for the assigned team, provide support for Operation Team. - To ensure all documents, correspondences and reports are properly filed and, recorded and up-to-date. - Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities. - Manage date in spreadsheets and reports. - Work closely to the Head of Department, to assist the team to achieve team or client KPI. - Assignment and payment listing received from client uploaded into system on timely manner. - To perform daily check of new assignment, distribute or reassigned files to the team, monitor workload and supervise daily collection activities of the team in order to meet the company’s monthly collection target. - To make sure reports required by client are being prepared accurately and submit within the dateline. - To update payment report on timely manner in the system, to ensure any discrepancies are referred with client immediately. - To prepare and ensure invoices are submitted to client within the timeframe. - Assist in all matter related to document control and general office administration including maintaining photocopy machine, office equipment and company’s asset to ensure they running smoothly. **Job Details** **JOB INFO & REQUIREMENT** - Contract Type- Full-time- Job Type- Non-Executive- Experience Level- 1-3 years, < 1 year, 3-5 years, 5-10 years- Job Categories- Admin/Data Entry- Minimum Education Required- Minimum certificates from any local higher education centre- Language Required- Bahasa Malaysia, English, Others, Mandarin/Cantonese, Tamil- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- Female Only- Own Transport- None**SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS** - Salary**RM 1,800 to RM 2,000 per month** - Other Benefit (Optional)- Kemudahan tempat letak kenderaan - Annual Dinner / Aktiviti lain-lain (Team Building/Majlis Buka Puasa/Potluck) - Kenaikan gaji mengikut kemajuan kerja + rekod kehadiran
