**Join Jeeny’s - We’re Hiring a Sales & Marketing Assistant (E-Commerce)**

Jeeny’s, a fast-growing local food brand, is looking for a **Sales & Marketing Assistant (E-Commerce)** to support our expanding online business across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and our own website.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, digitally savvy, and passionate about growing local brands online.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Create engaging content** for TikTok and other social media platforms that aligns with our brand and drives sales.
- **Host live sessions** on TikTok to promote our products and engage with customers.
- **Recruit and manage affiliates/KOLs**, and build strong relationships with them to boost traffic and sales.
- **Oversee fulfillment and inventory**, coordinating with supply and logistics teams to prevent stockouts.
- **Track sales performance** and prepare **daily and weekly reports** to monitor trends and performance.
- **Manage product listings** on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and our own website—ensuring accurate info and attractive visuals.
- **Handle customer service**—respond to enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and monitor feedback/reviews to improve customer experience.
- Any other e-commerce or marketing-related duties as needed.

**Work Arrangement**:

- We’re flexible This can be a **full-time**, **part-time**, **contractual**, or **freelance** role.
- Remote work options are available, though occasional on-site or in-person collaboration may be required.

**We’re Looking For**:

- Someone with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
- Experience in content creation, TikTok Live, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or other video editing tools preferred.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (bonus if you can also speak English or Mandarin).
