**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales Strategy & Market Development**
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to design and execute sales plans, including pricing models, market research, and identifying potential customer segments
- Explore emerging opportunities and monitor trends within the solar sector to maintain a competitive edge

**2. Team Leadership & Development**
- Guide and support sales representatives to meet individual and team sales objectives
- Foster a high-performance environment through training, regular coaching, and constructive feedback
- Track team results and implement action plans to address any performance gaps

**3. Client Relationship Management**
- Establish strong rapport with prospective and existing clients, delivering customized solar solutions
- Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Cultivate long-term partnerships, particularly with high-value or strategic accounts

**4. Performance Monitoring**
- Define clear performance goals for the team and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
- Regularly review sales KPIs such as pipeline progress, deal closure rate, and revenue contributions, addressing any shortfalls proactively

**5. Sales Workflow Management**
- Oversee the full sales cycle from initial lead to signed agreement
- Continuously refine sales workflows and tools to streamline operations and boost conversion rates

**6. Market Intelligence**
- Keep abreast of competitor activities and shifts in market dynamics
- Share relevant findings with management and suggest adjustments to strategies based on real-time insights

**7. Reporting & Record Keeping**
- Compile periodic sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for leadership review
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transaction history

**8. Regulatory Awareness & Documentation**
- Ensure that all sales activities and documentation adhere to industry regulations and company policies
- Oversee the proper handling of contracts, agreements, and related documentation

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- A recognized degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in sales or sales team management
- Prior experience in the solar energy sector, renewable energy, or a closely related industry is highly preferred
- Self-driven and accountable with a high level of commitment; excellent in communication, negotiation, public speaking, and relationship-building
- Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities, with a genuine drive to achieve results and grow within the industry
- Able to gather and analyze market data to provide timely updates and insights to the company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for day-to-day reporting and presentations
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong people skills and the ability to work independently without close supervision
- Must have own transportation and be open to travel as part of the job responsibilities

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Simpang Ampat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- PV Solar: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
