Requirement:
1. Minimum Degree in Logistic or Transportation

2. Fresh graduate in related course are welcome to apply

3. For Diploma holder in related course or have knowledge/ experience in similar field (Logistic/ Shipping industry) can apply

4. Willing to learn and able to communicate with people

5. Good in English for both (speak & write)

Job responsibilities:
1. Understand the customer requirement and enquiries. Propose transit times and security requirements to select the optimal shipment methods and routes.

2. Prepared and monitor sailing schedules, as well as freight booking.

3. Liaised with multiple parties including shippers, consignees, and overseas agents of shipments for their delivery updates.

4. Organized and issued the correct shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading and invoices.

5. Assisted in the preparation of the K1 and K2 forms for customs declaration.

6. Follow up with existing / new customers for the new order, checking on the booking status, attending to incoming enquiries from existing or potential new customers for sea freight and transportation.

7. Compiling entries through the use of (ALDEC/Rank Alpha) for K1‑9 declaration is completed in a timely and manner for inbound /out bound compliance with authority.

8. Prepare internal audit report and issue billing to customers.

9. Handle other ad hoc task as assigned from the superior.
