**Job Summary**:
The Factory Compliance Auditor reports directly to the Internal Audit Department and is responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits of factory processes, including manufacturing and warehouses, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices. This role plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, risk management, and overall organizational integrity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of manufacturing and warehouse facilities to assess compliance with safety, environmental, labour, and quality standards.
- Review documentation related to processes, permits, licenses, and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Interview factory management, employees, and stakeholders to gather information and identify potential compliance issues.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with the factory's operations, including environmental hazards, health and safety risks, and labour violations.
- Generate detailed audit reports outlining compliance findings, areas of non-compliance, and recommended corrective actions.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies, factory management, and quality assurance teams to address compliance concerns.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance factory operations and minimize risks.
- Support and assist in any external factory audit requirements.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices to maintain expertise in compliance matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, business administration, accounting, etc.).
- 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in FMCG field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
- Proficient in using auditing tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively for on-site factory audits.
