Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
Coordinating and managing the office calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

Organizing the office layout to optimize space and functionality.

Ordering stationery, supplies, and necessary equipment.

Ensuring the office is well-maintained and arranging for necessary repairs when needed

Providing general administrative assistance to employees.

Handling tasks such as answering calls, managing mail, and addressing queries.

Collaborating with the Finance department to update staff attendance for payroll processing.

Implementing and evaluating procedures to enhance efficiency.

Managing contracts, price negotiations, and relationships with office vendors and service providers.

Overseeing the office budget and ensuring accurate reporting.

Maintaining office databases and ensuring data security.

Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees.

Liaising with facility management vendors (cleaning, catering, security services).

Software Proficiency:
An effective Office Manager contributes to organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety within the workplace. Their role is pivotal in maintaining a pleasant work environment and improving day-to-day operations.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
