Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling Intersit's range of office furniture solutions to corporate clients, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service and product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the corporate and commercial segments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and product proposals to clients.
  • Work closely with designers, project coordinators, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients on project specifications and delivery schedules.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors' activities, and customer needs to strategize effectively.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
  • Ensure all sales documentation, quotations, and reports are completed accurately and timely.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback professionally.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in furniture, interior design, or project-based sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD drawings will be an added advantage.
