Planning and executing sales campaign strategies and goal setting for the slaes team with management.
- Able to prepare and maintain accurate pipeline reporting and instilling adherence to sales process.
- You will be responsible for planning, developing, promoting, overseeing, implementing the sales and marketing strategies outlined.
- Ensure 100% capacity utilization in order to meet customer demand.
- As a key member of the sales team, you are to posses a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and desire to achieve sales target.
- You are required to establish and develop new contacts to ensure that sales and marketing objectives and/or targets are achieved.
- To lead the whole sales team towards achieving sales target and business goals.
- To develop and execute competitive marketing strategies.
- To achieve and lead sales team members to achieve sales target as set by The Management.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Able to possess and cultivate great teamwork with sales team members

**; Requirements**:
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 4 years of working experience in managerial position in the related fields is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Required skill(s): Good organizational and leadership, strong communication, able to lead a sales team and plan sales strategies to achieve our goal and work independently.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Full-Time positions available.
