**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Oversees the end-to-end procurement and operational management of raw materials, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain reliability.

2. Gather, monitor & analyze market data to generate actionable insights and accurate price forecasts.

3. Cultivate strategic supplier relationships while enhancing their service quality and market competitiveness.

4. Overseeing the end-to-end supplier sourcing process for tender engagements, including identification, evaluation, and selection of qualified vendors to ensure competitive bidding and optimal value.

5. Responsible for the preparation of comprehensive tender documents (SCS, RFQ, RFT), including technical and commercial components, as well as the preparation of the Tender Summary and Award Recommendation Paper for internal review and approval.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to analyze material specifications and delivery timelines, ensuring on-time fulfillment of operational demands.

7. Continuously explore and analyse saving opportunity to generate sustainable savings.

8. Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

9. Perform any other ad hoc assignment or task assigned by Supervisor or management.

**QUALIFICATION**

1. Degree holder or graduate, preferably in engineering, finance, or business commercial.

2. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in procurement and/or supply chain.

3. Experience in a cement manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
