If you are a highly skilled **Technical Support Specialist **who has a creative mind and passionate about delivering, then get ready to join our company

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities***
- Ensuring the availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of services in Worldline’s infrastructure.
- Writing infra automation scripts/code ensuring efficient infra and system maintenance
- On rotational stand by and response to incident calls
- Post-incident review, reports and performing post-incident long term remediation of failed services
- Work closely with development teams, security team to ensure services are meeting Company’s objectives
- Able to comprehend and suggest solution to meet various industrial standards and quality procedures
- Vast knowledge and experience in virtualization technology, Windows, Linux, database (Mysql).
- You’re expected to work on standby according to business needs but will be compensated accordingly on top of your monthly fixed-income.

- All round knowledge and experiences of VMware virtualization, Windows and Linux operating system. Active Directory and LDAP knowledge is essential.
- Docker or kubernetes working and administrative knowledge.
- Education requirement: University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Other certifications such as VMware certified administrator, Windows certified administrator, Cloud platform certification, certified kurbenetes administrator
