**Short Role Summary**:
The Financial Analyst to
**provide accurate and data based information on company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity.** In this role, He/She will research and analyze financial information to help company make well-informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and timely billing to client according to contracts. Monitoring all aspects of of the collection of outstanding debts of the company.
- ** Review and resolve outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) related issues**, such as: process denials or any other action to resolve the outstanding accounts balance.
- Processes AR transaction including offset on account payments against open invoices, etc.
- Verifies validity of revenue forecast by obtaining Account Manager forecast and revenue trend.
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit term, liaising with client Account Payable
- Summaries billing and receivable status by maintaining weekly operative files and aging reports.
- To close all the unbilled revenue timely and follow up closely on the balances.
- Follow up with outstanding client PO and ensure invoice issued are match with correct PO.
- Assist Management to prepare quarterly revenue forecast.
- Prepare reconciliation and status update for unbilled revenue.
- Assist team lead on daily operational matters and any adhoc report requested by the management etc.
- Maintain monthly balance sheet schedule Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function

**Job Requirements**:

- ** Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in related field**:

- Performance task assign and reports accurately and on timely manner
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English.
- ** Proficient in excel skill (eg. sumif, pivot table etc)**:

- Experience in month end closing, forecasting and budgeting process Outstanding reporting and communication skills
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
- Self initiative and able to work independently.
