**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to support our Projects and maintenance operations. This role ensures smooth administrative operations, accurate reporting, and proper documentation for all maintenance activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and handle daily reports for projects.
- Prepare claim documents and submission letters related to projects.
- Upload daily reports to the superior, clients, subcontractors accurately and promptly.
- Perform general administrative duties for the maintenance department, including documentation, filing, and record management.
- Ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in other administrative or coordination tasks as assigned by management.
- Record and track stock for the maintenance department, including equipment and items, and raise purchase requests (PR) to restock as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office tools.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow instructions efficiently.
- Previous experience in maintenance administration or coordination is a plus.
