About the role

As a Project Coordinator (Site-Based) at Pamir Development Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of major construction projects. This full-time, site-based position will see you coordinating and managing various aspects of the project, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. Your work will be instrumental in driving the company's strategic objectives within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and monitoring project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  2. Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  3. Implementing and maintaining project management processes, systems, and documentation
  4. Identifying and resolving issues or risks that may impact project delivery
  5. Providing regular progress reports and updates to project managers and senior leadership
  6. Assisting with the preparation of project bids, tenders, and proposals
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role within the construction industry
  2. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
  4. Thorough understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry regulations
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  6. Relevant diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
