Position: HR Manager Office Admin

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Conduct performance management activities, including performance evaluations and employee development plans
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development initiatives
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and procedures manual
- Manage office administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate and arrange company events, meetings, and conferences
- Maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and assisting in the onboarding process
- Maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Handling event and exhibition coordination, including planning, organizing, and overseeing office events, games, and exhibitions.
- Dealing with vendor and supplier management, including liaising with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Handling printing and document management, including coordinating printing and reproduction of documents and maintaining filing systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Handle other ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned

**; Requirements**:
- Experience in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
