**Customer Service cum Logistic Officer**
Key responsibility
- Play a pivotal role in managing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication.
- Coordinating our supply chain operations including managing shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- You will proactively engage with customers to develop order plans that are both cost-effective and tailored to their specific needs.
- This role offers the unique opportunity to interact with international clients, providing exposure to diverse markets and cultures.
- Handle customer service and optimizing logistics operations.
Education and Experience
- Minimum Degree preferably a in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience in customer service roles is not mandatory but can be beneficial. This includes handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience in logistics operation or related fields such as managing supply chains, coordinating shipments, and overseeing inventory, is advantageous.
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for interacting with customers and coordinating with team members.
- The ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas for data analysis and reporting is not mandatory but would be added advantageous.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast changing environment and customer needs.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in logistics operations and customer interactions.
Language proficiency:
- Good command in English both written and oral is a must.
- Additional languages such as Mandarin and other foreign languages can be advantageous to interact with stakeholders around the world.
