Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage the full order cycle from confirmation to final cargo delivery.

2Liaise directly with customers on shipping documents (e.g. packing list, invoice) and ensure accurate handover to internal teams.

3.Coordinate with logistics service providers, including shipping lines and trucking companies; compare rates and ensure reliable service.

4.Assist the Business team in preparing quotations.

5.Track and record order status and logistics costs in our Supply Chain Management System (SCMS)

6.Provide feedback to support the continuous improvement of SCMS.

7.Support cross-functional departments and assist with tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1.Familiar with foreign trade procedures and the full customs and shipping workflow.

2.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to provide timely feedback and handle work-related issues efficiently.

3.Solid foundation in computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

4.Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

5.Minimum of 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.

6.Proficient in English (spoken and written); Chinese language skills are a plus.
