Job Description:

  • Act as a liaison to provide service information & resolve any emerging problems customer might encounter in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate customer needs & provide assistance with detailed attention.
  • Provide accurate, valid & complete product information by using the right methods/tools to ensure excellent customer experience in helping to manage customers' booking order.
  • Liaise with other internal & external divisions to communicate issues faced by customers and feedback provided to design better workflow of products and services.
  • Meeting individual KPI such as response time, QA & CSAT in order to achieve required goal for continuous performance improvement & efficiency
  • Assistance mode via online chat, email queries and social media.

Job Skills Requirement:

  • Have an excellent command of spoken and written English/Malay.
  • Able to communicate/read/write in Mandarin.
  • Pleasant attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
  • Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate customer handling manners and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, multitasking and high problem-solving skills.
