We are looking for full-time on-site role for a _**Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveryor **_at SLQS Consult Sdn. Bhd. located at Bandar Menjalara, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.

**Responsibilities**:

- Involvement on Pre-Contract and Post Contract Stages
- Attend meetings with Clients and Consultants when needed
- Responsible for preparation cost estimates, cost plans and set budgets for projects
- Undertake measurement for preparation for cost estimates, cost plans and preparation of BQs
- Responsible for preparation of potential Value Engineering options to Clients
- Responsible for preparation of tender documents - front end documents, BQs
- Conduct site valuation with contractor and site representative as needed for monthly valuations and assessments of variations
- Able to collaborate with clients, other consultants, contractors, sub-contractor and suppliers
- Preparation of final accounts and claims for payment
- Perform other duties as required by the clients or by management

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
- Fresh Graduate / 0-8 years of experience in a similar role or related field is required
- Preference with Consultant QS related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

**Characteristics**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on construction sites and travel as required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have own transport

**Job Type**
- Full Time
- Monday to Friday
- From 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
