We are looking for a high
- performing Sales Manager to handle sales of Simrad branded products in the Asia region, to be based in Kuala Lumpur office.

**Responsibilities**
- We are seeking an energetic, outspoken, and well-organized person for a new sales position within fishery for the Asia region.
- The area will be including APAC.
- General knowledge about the fishing market in the region is an extra edge but not required
- The products to be sold are typically: Sonars, Echo sounders and Catch Monitoring systems in a very competitive market.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan together with the rest of the team and management.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Have hands-on knowledge of the product systems and hardware components, and overall system functionally.

**Important Qualities**
- English written and spoken fluently
- Mandarin is an advantage
- Willing to travel extensively mostly in Asia
- Service minded and solution oriented

- Strategic Leadership and International Team management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Customer Relationship Management

**Qualifications**
- Relevant education in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Management, International Trade and Commerce
- Product knowledge is an advantage but not required
- PC knowledge (Windows)
