Ops Sup Analyst 2

The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. **Responsibilities**: - Perform day to day operation task in Standard Account Management Services (SAMS) Operations. - To perform Manager’s Control Assessment and various assessment. - To prepare MIS/monthly report by extract data from various source files and/or Citibank systems and databases/ data warehouses, and transform these data for use for delivery to internal clients. - Delivery services in line with agreed service standards and turnaround time to meet customers’ expectations. - Ensure proper control in place in all processes, compliance with guidelines, audit readiness and policies governing SAMS Operations. - Responsible for identifying, analyzing and deploying process improvement to specifically address critical cross functional process gaps across systems, process and procedures. - Responsible for identifying and resolving routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy - Participate in process improvement initiatives inter/intra departments by leveraging on automation projects, offloading to alternative channels, and realignment or centralization of functions within Branch Services and O&T Work closely with business users from division/department/ - Regional and external vendors and ensure the unit processes are in meeting the Regional/Local/US and policy guidelines - Resolve business-as usual issues pertaining to customer service delivery, operational efficiency apart from tracking and monitoring the progress of ongoing business improvement initiatives (projects and enhancements and processes) - Recommend new work processes / technological improvements for department in conjunction with identifying and resolving individual problems - Work with the team, under mínimal supervision and ensure all deliverables and objectives are met **Qualifications**: - 0-2 years relevant experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Self-motivated and detail oriented - Proven organization and time management skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
