Assisting leading and managing a security team of 20 members (Both In - House & Outsourced Guards) making sure that the security team follows strictly the security procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervising security staff.
- Assisting in leading, directing, and guiding shift leader in security operations, handling & managing of security operations, handling & managing if security team, prevention of security threats, incident investigation, reporting and other security related areas or scope.
- Assisting in training & implementation of Emergency Response Policy and Procedure for Security Team members, ensuring that the entire security team is well trained in responding to emergencies and alarms.
- Assisting in ensuring the effectiveness of security systems including CCTV systems, barrier gate systems, access cards readers, fire & alarms systems. Liaising with vendor, contractor, BOMBA to ensure that these systems are well maintained and functioning well.
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
- As knowledge in Visitor Management System.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Possess good decision-making and a problem-solving skill.
- Strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety and security.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
