**Job Summary**:
To assist in the overall quality performance of OLDTOWN outlets by conducting R.O.S.E Audit and to ensure all outlets are adhere to OLDTOWN standards.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- To assist the QA Manager on all matters pertaining to overall quality assurance and control program.
- To assist in review and update Restaurant Operating Standard Evaluation (R.O.S.E) program when required.
- To ensure proper implementation and execution of OLDTOWN Standard Operating Procedures and other quality measures that set by the management and take necessary action to communicate/advice according to SOP.
- To conduct Restaurant Operating Standard Evaluation (R.O.S.E) at outlet level for quality assurance and to ensure effective quality system practices at outlets.
- To interact with a wide variety of personnel and determine the language and literacy barriers when interfere with the R.O.S.E process as some employees may have weak language skills.
- To aware on the problems of the outlet and provide fair judgment to properly assess, coach and communicate the R.O.S.E result to the Manager On Duty.
- To prepare weekly / monthly reports and for operation team to follow up with the corrective action. To ensure all documents are made correctly with full integrity and filed.
- To understand on the OLDTOWN Standard Operating Procedures and R.O.S.E guideline in order to effectively perform R.O.S.E.
- To schedule, monitor and perform proper time management in ensuring consistent follow up within specific time interval base on individual outlet performance.
- To assist in updating of new food safety rules and regulation that enforced by government.
- Behave in a manner that does not compromise her reputation, nor impede or compromise during the audit process.
- Perform any other special task and project that has been assigned to you by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowledge and skills in conducting relevant Quality Assurance Audit or at least 2 years working experience in a reputable food and beverage chain restaurant.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu. Others dialect will be advantage.
- Computer literate & able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and able to travel outstation.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
