**Job Title**:

- Executive, Quality Assurance (Ground Operations)

**Reports To**:

- Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance

**Role Purpose**:

- To provide assistance to the Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance to ensure all audits in Ground Operations are executed as per the audit schedule and ensure all findings/observations are closed within the timeline.

**Key Accountability**:

- To participate and uphold the safety and security policies and procedures in line with aircraft operations' objectives.
- Assist Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance to audit the Ground Operations and Cargo section to ensure compliance with regulations and conformance to set standards and industry best practices.
- Assist Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance in the facilitation of Quality, Regulatory Audits conducted on Firefly.
- Assist Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance to maintain the Quality Assurance (Ground and cargo Operations) database.
- To monitor and examine new aviation rules and regulations by the Civil Aviation Authority which affect Firefly operations.
- Provide administrative support for the renewal of Firefly AOC, to monitor that the conditions and restrictions of the AOC are complied with and make necessary recommendations in facilitating closure of the CAAM Regulator's surveillance Audit reports.
- Assist Manager, Quality Assurance in developing, controlling, reviewing, updating and revising the Quality Assurance Manual and fine-tuning Quality Assurance procedures and processes as required.
- Assist in the continuous development of the Company Quality System in relation to best industry practices.
- Assist Executive, Safety in CSSO Administrative functions.
- Assist by carrying out such other duties assigned by the Manager, Quality Assurance.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Degree/ Professional qualification in related disciplines or its equivalent from recognized higher institutions with 2 years of related experience or;
- Diploma or its equivalent with 3 years of working experience in the airline industry or;
- MCE/SPM/STPM or its equivalent with at least 5 years of working experience in the airline industry.

**Personality Traits**:

- Have a critical and analytical behavioural mindset.
- Able to work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, written and spoken.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to interact well with people.
- Familiar with auditing and risk assessment procedures is an added advantage.
