**Responsibility and Accountability**

IMS Alignment, DCC

1.Alignment with applicable QMS and FSMS standards and cascade to related plants in timely manner.
- Propose applicable IMS system upgrade as and when necessary.
- To coordinate among the DCC group to achieve internal alignment among the factories in terms of company QMS and FSMS practices and related SOP.

2. Ensure proper execution of documentation control as required by IMS among the factories:

- To ensure documentation approval and adequacy following the company requirements.
- To review documentation processes (e.g. new documents, amendments, update and approval) following the company work flow.
- To ensure documents remain legible and identifiable
- To ensure relevant documents of external origin are identifiable and their distribution control.
- To ensure all documents are filed, stored and retrievable in a proper system.
- Research, analyze and resolve issues related to documentation.

3. To identify area of improvements for the company IMS via e.g. IQA, external audits.

4. To promote usage of SOP among user

5. To ensure good and timely document control practices and processes among the team QMS and FSMS members
- Ensure active copies are updated accordingly
- Ensure active copies are being use for reference by the user.
- Ensure archive documents are properly stored and retrievable.
- Ensure obsolete documents are dispose accordingly.
- Relevant versions are applicable at point of use.
- To prevent the unintended use of obsolete documents and to ensure that they are suitably identified as such if they are retained for any purpose.
- To ensure that the changes and the current version status documents are identified

6. To ensure IQA and Management Review processes are being conducted timely and are align to SOP and applicable standards.

7. Develop, recommend and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes where applicable to comply to IMS.

8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for the execution of job-related matters

9. Support major improvement initiatives including document control and product specifications systems.

10. Serve as mentor/trainer and provide guidance and assistant to DCC team members.

**Training**

1. To review the training programme of Quality and Food Safety team members for effective execution of IMS.

2. To act as trainer for FSMS-related topics

3. To involve in training notes and assessment paper development for internal capacity building among the internal stakeholders.

**Food Safety & Regulatory**

1. To keep up-to-date information and knowledge in line with company quality and food safety system as preventive and corrective actions in the area of:

- a. Raw materials

b. Packaging materials

c. Toys and premiums

d. Finished products

2. To maintain knowledge and awareness of applicable food regulations, guidelines and standards including Food Act 1983 and Food Regulation 1985, Trade Description Act. Keeping track with the updates, changes and requirements and act on at the best of company interest.

3. Maintain knowledge on other regulatory requirements for both domestic and export markets including importing countries requirements. Keeping track with the regulation affecting products and act on necessarily.

4. Keeping track for timely compliance of all packaging labels, raw materials, packaging materials and finished products requirements by working closely with R&D, Marketing, ISM, etc.

5. To provide comments to any proposed amendments to the Food Regulations which may affect food industries in general, and the company in particular.

6. Maintenance of regulatory data base, capturing information relevant to the business.

7. Food Safety Management Act (FSMA)
- To keep up to date on requirement of FSMA and role out necessary action plan as appropriate
- To lead project related to new element of FSMA

8. Application membership and validity maintenance

9. Supporting role
- To perform related task as and when assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in related field
- Knowledge in QMS & FSMS, document control
- Computer literate
- Good team player
- Must be willing to work on alternate Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
