**What will you be engaged in?**
As **TREVO's **Business Development Specialist (Kuala Lumpur)** you will be the forefront to source, structure, negotiate and execute vehicle supply acquisition activities. From private car owners to big fleet partners - the ground to acquire and onboard cars to TREVO is yours
- Generate leads, acquire, and manage new-car Hosts that list cars with TREVO
- Plan & Continuously conduct Host Engagement sessions to increase the marketplace dependability
- Foster host relationships and grow the business by engaging the community to uncover more collaboration opportunities
- Provide hosts with access to resources to maximize utilization
- Coach hosts to be set up for success by offering recommendations on price, settings, delivery, etc
- Gather insights and info with car Hosts on their challenges, pain point, and struggles they encountered with customers
- Improve host inventory by optimizing vehicle listings and ensure the correctness of car's availability to meet demand
- Assist in Hosts' documentation upload and capturing the photos of the vehicle
- Conduct (Online and Offline) classroom sessions for new and existing Hosts' training
- Conduct strategic on-ground & online activation for host and user acquisitions
- Take on responsibilities for new TREVO product
- and service initiatives if and when required
- Strong track record in exceeding your set sales targets
- Preferably with Sales or Business Development background
- Possess the hunger to close deals to maximise your commission
- Capability to expand and elevate great relationships with partners
- Positive mental attitude, high energy, high integrity, strong work ethic, enthusiasm, sense of humour, and a commitment to our mission
- Goal-oriented and able to execute without close supervision
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a dynamic startup environment
- Strong desire to expand and acquire new skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
