**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scope Management**: Lead requirement gathering, data migration, and business readiness activities. Oversee the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring successful delivery across all streams.
- **Upstream and Downstream Management**: Manage interdependencies between multiple streams, ensuring alignment with business goals and addressing any potential bottlenecks proactively.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with stakeholders across teams, including IT, business units, and third-party vendors, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- **Data Migration and Business Readiness**: Ensure that all systems, data, and business processes are ready for migration and deployment. Develop and execute comprehensive business readiness strategies.
- **Risk and Issue Management**: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues to ensure timely and efficient program execution.
- **Reporting and Governance**: Establish and maintain program governance, reporting progress to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the program lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience** in managing large-scale programs, particularly in **Outsourcing**, **Finance**, **Asset Management**, or **Insurance** industries.
- Strong understanding of **upstream and downstream management** in project/program execution.
- Demonstrated success in managing **requirement gathering**, **data migration**, **business readiness**, and **deployment** activities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of managing interdependencies and mitigating risks across multiple workstreams.
- Experience in managing external vendors and ensuring successful delivery across complex programs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or any relevant certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong background in Outsourcing, Finance, Asset Management, or Insurance sectors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
