any entities established in Malaysia.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
1. Manage the overall services provided within the facility
2. Create a suitable environment for the purpose and needs of the facility, such as an office, Mfg ,
warehouse and utility
3. Use best business practices to manage and reduce operation costs
4. Create a budget for various facility needs and expenses
5. Manage the maintenance of the building by performing repairs or contracting maintenance
services as needed
6. Track building upkeep as well as anticipated long
- and short-term improvements and maintenance
7. Keep the surrounding grounds properly cared for and landscaped
8. Develops energy saving ideas and strategies that lead to more efficient operations
9. Provides and control environment for all the manufacturing area to ensure requirement are met for
10K and 100K Clean room
10. Respond to emergency situation or other urgent issues involving the facility.
11. Compliance to ISO 14001 and ISO45001 requirement
12. Coordinates facilities related services and utilities such as building maintenance, fire protection system,
sewerage, parking lots, lighting, power supply, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply, sanitation, CDA
supply, exhaust suction, RODI, IETS, housekeeping and janitorial services in the most efficient and cost
effective manner.
13. Performs other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
1. Diploma and above qualifications.
2. Strong in facilities management, clean room experience is must.
4. Proficient in English and BM.
Authority
To response to emergency situation and turn off the Senior Facility Manager incoming electrical supply in case of electrical hazard the potentially causing explosion/fire.
Reporting Relationship
Report : Snr Facility/EHS Manager
Supervise : Facility Section Head and Facility Snr Engr
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
