Assist the Facilities Operation & Maintenance Manager to operate and maintain the Facilities, operation & maintenance, procurement, asset management, warranty management & vendor management.
- Responsible for smooth operation and maintenance of 11KV electrical system, the task includes
- planning, scheduling, and overseeing of HT and LV equipments maintenance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards. Involved in continuous improvement and cost saving project.
- To work closely with customer, customer re-preventive, subordinates, vendor & contractor to foster
- close win-win working relationship.
- Liaise with DOSH, DOE, BOMBA & other relevant authorities on matters related to Facilities and EHS
- To ensure the (electrical related) safety of the workers before, during and after completion of the assigned jobs.
- To conduct checking, inspection, calibration and maintenance on all distribution, installation & electrical system.
- Operation and maintenance of the 11kV and 415V electrical system. Daily inspection on the electrical main switch board (L T, HT, Transformers, and gen-set).
- Able to be in standby or on call after working hours to attend any breakdown
- Ensure plant electrical installation comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements
- Consult with utility providers and governmental regulatory bodies on electrical related matters.
- Perform routine inspection and conduct a proper preventive maintenance to ensure that the plant electrical equipment is being operated in a safe and cost-effective manner.
- Lead a group of Supervisor, Senior Technicians, Technician & admin to conduct day to day activities,attend breakdown and closing maintenance issue.
- Assess and make recommendation for continuous improvement activities.
- Provide technical support to maintenance/contractor’s personnel in the installation, commissioning, testing and trouble shooting of electrical equipment and instruments.
- Assist the Facilities Operation & Maintenance Manager to co-ordinate and supervise electrical installation work, equipment utilities hook-up work conducts by internal and external vendors/ contractors.
- Undertakes any additional/ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors as and when the need arises.

Skills/ Qualifications

1.Certified BO Chargeman cert.

2.Diplomaor Technical cert in Electrical.

3.Minimum of 5 years related working experiences as HT Chargeman..

4.Able to read and follow written instructions in English.

5.Good Operation & Maintenance knowledge of Electrical system, HVAC systems, Mechanical system, Fire, and life Safety system etc.

6.Able to perform duties independently.

**Salary**: RM8,307.15 - RM13,794.43 per month
