**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor progress and performance of construction activities and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress, financial status, and risk assessments.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid construction management certification is a plus.
- **Mandatory**:Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including teams in China.
- **Willingness to relocate**
