About Us
We’re a beauty-meets-café concept, home to lash lifts, matcha drinks, and photo-worthy corners. Our Bangsar flagship is where beauty, lifestyle, and café culture come together, and we’re looking for an Admin & Front Desk to help keep daily operations smooth and clients happy.
What You’ll Be Doing
** -Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins, appointments, and payments.**
** -Manage booking schedules and coordinate with lash and café teams.**
** -Handle messages and enquiries across WhatsApp and Instagram.**
** -Maintain records, cash register, and client data accurately.**
** -Assist with inventory tracking, orders, and vendor coordination.**
**- Support simple admin or social media tasks when needed.**
** -Keep the front area clean, organised, and brand-ready.**
Who You Are
** Organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.**
** Friendly and confident when communicating with clients.**
** Basic admin or customer service experience preferred (training provided).**
** Enjoys beauty, café culture, and creating a welcoming vibe.**
** Comfortable working independently and within a small team.**
Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM | 5.5 days/week
**Salary**: RM 1,800 - RM 2,000 /month
**Incentives (Total: 2)**
No MC/lateness Incentive 1: Receive up to RM600 per year
Loyalty Incentive 2: Receive up to RM600 per year
Start Date: 13 November 2025
