HR Director(Manufacturer- Up to Rm40k/month)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible in running the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Evaluate and analyze workforce movements, remuneration, organization structure & workforce demographics to draw suitable recommendations to ensure competitiveness, relevance & continue to improve in productivity and market competition.
- Continuous improvement in building company’s culture through cultivating understanding of company’s Vision, Mission, Core values, major policies, etc., thereby contributing to a positive and energized culture and workforce.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation are in compliance with employment laws, customer’s or audit requirements. This includes keeping abreast local law changes so as to ensure HR practices are always in compliance with the law.
- Managing Employee relations, issues and conflicts management to bringing them to resolution.
- Responsible for all sites HR audits
- Representing the organization in managing with external work group committee.
- Upkeep the HR policies, procedures and document template’s structure and ensure regular review to keep this documentation updated and make them accessible through suitable media.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations.
- Building an effective HR team with continuous development of the HR team members.
- Perform corporate projects as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human resources management, or equivalent discipline.
- At least 10 years of HR track record in a medium size company. Out of which, at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills in managing the stakeholders.
- Strong in communication skills with excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Thrives on a busy, changing and demanding workload within a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: RM30,000.00 - RM40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
