Recruitment Assistant

Perform full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement, conducting reference check if required, and on boarding process.
- Prepare recruitment related report including platform use, number of interview arrangement and successful hiring.
- Coordinate, participate & assist internal and external recruitment activities, including job or career fair.
- Monitor the recruitment cost and activities.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for employment.
- Collaborate with superior on a regular basis for future hiring needs
- Providing general HR support to employees and to assist in all other areas in the HR department when necessary.
- Ensuring legal compliance on all statutory requirement in cases such as redundancy, termination and disciplinary action.
- Responsible in off boarding process including exit questionnaire, handover of company properties, and preparing acceptance of resignation letter.
- Any other task that may related to work
**Requirement**
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Staffing role.
- Possess own transport
- Able to travel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
